How I created MyLife 2.0 and you can too.

I want to share with you how I created my life 2.0 and show you how you can too!

I want to share with you 4 steps to creating your 2.0 version. These steps have supported me in my 2.0 self and I will explain to you why you should burn your Vision Board.

There are 2 things you need to Update/Download your 2.0: you realize you want something different and making a plan.

Step 1 Mindset : Mindset is #1 in creating your 2.0. Start with gratitude. What are you grateful for? Always be grateful for what you have.

Step 2 Investigating: Investigate what you don’t like. What could be better? What could be different? What would that look like? Identify what you don’t love. Really look at your daily schedule and list out what you don’t like about it. This will help during the investigation process.

Step 3 Plan: Now you have takin’ an inventory of what you don’t like. Now it’s time to figure out what you do like/love. What do you like in life? What do you want out of life?

Step 4 Creating new Habits: Creating new habits is the journey that will get you consistent. These are the action steps to creating your consistency.

Now, I want you to know I was being sarcastic about burning your Dream Board. I want you to know you can accomplish anything on your dream board. It’s the journey, action steps, the plan, and new habits that will get you to your 2.0. Your dream board is the end result.

  1. The like and dislike inventory is genius. Like I know I complain about a lot of parts but sitting down and making a like, don’t like list helps me visualize better the life that I want like oh I’m getting rid of this and this!
