4 Steps to Launching YOU 2.0

Have you been daydreaming about the next version of your life?

You know, the one where you’re more successful, doing what you love, and being sooo happy nothing can knock the smile off your face. Most of us tend to think about when this is better, when I change this or do this, then I will be ready to become the better version of myself. 

The truth is: if all you do is wait to do all these things first or you wait for the perfect time to unleash version 2.0 of yourself you’re going to be stuck in version 1 forever.

The only way to launch the better version of your life and become a better version of yourself is to start NOW.

Here I am sharing 4 ways to start the download of YOU 2.0 and before we dig in there are two things I want to say.

You need to realize you want something different and you need to start making a plan. 

4 steps to creating YOU version 2.0

creating YOU 2.0 step 1 - Mindset

Mindset is #1 in creating YOU2.0. Start with gratitude. What are you grateful for?

Always be grateful for what you have and where you came from. 

 Gratitude is not only about being thankful for positive experiences. Often thinking about negative or difficult experiences can really help show you a lot more of what you can be grateful for. 
Keeping a gratitude journal is another great way to to keep a grateful mindset and heart. 

creating you 2.0 step 2 - investigating

Investigate what you don’t like about what is going on in your life and habits you may need to break. 

What could be better?
Really look deep into your daily life, look at your daily schedule and list out what you don’t like about it.
What could be different?
List everything that comes to mind that you don’t like. EVERYTHING!!
What would that look like? Identify what you don’t love.

This investigation will help during the planning process.

CREATING YOU 2.0 STEP 3 - Create a vision

Now you have taking an inventory of what you don’t like. Now it’s time to figure out what you do like and love.
What do you like in life?
What do you want out of life?

Look at that list and what are the opposite. What do you want more of?
How does the 20 version of you dress?
What do you drive? What does your bank account look like? How are your relationships?

Maybe even take time to create a vision board. This will help you visualize what your life with look like when your download to YOU 2.0 is done. 

CREATING YOU 2.0 STEp 4 - New Habits

Creating new habits is what will take you all the way on this journey. Creating new habits will give you new results. 

Habits are the action steps to creating your new life. Start with a small habit, so you can get a taste of change. If you get stuck on changing a habit, make a new habit to work on. This way you will stay moving forward on your journey!!

You have everything you need to be YOU 2.0, its time to make the decision and make it happen!
