 When a prospect says ‘No’, how do you feel? There are 99% chances that you’ll feel rejected. But with 1%, there is still some hope, positivity!  

Here, I will give you some tips that will help you in feeling more determined and empowered instead of feeling rejected by your prospect.  

There is no denying that it is not fun to deal with rejection in network marketing business. It never was and it never will!  

However, what matters the most is how you take that rejection. Instead of feeling rejected and frustrated over hearing ‘No’ over and over, you need to feel more empowered by it.  

Inarguably, the success of your business depends a lot on people saying ‘Yes’.  

So, in this episode, I will help you by sharing some of my powerful mindset shift tips that’ll surely enable you and your team overcome the feeling of being rejected after hearing a ‘No’ from a prospect.  

How to Avoid the Sheer Feeling of Rejection 

I see a lot of marketers with a potential presenting their business, services, and products in a wrong way. As expected, the wrong approach leads to more No’s.  

That is why I want to make sure that you are doing everything right with your business presentation. It is because if you are doing your presentation in a right way, more people will join your business (you have my word on that).  

Tip # 1: Start Dealing With Rejection from the Very Start 

You were very excited on the day you started your network marketing business, right? You were 100% confident that everyone was going to embrace your idea and sign up within seconds?  

But let’s face it, it didn’t happen, right?  

However, with time the reality of dealing with rejections from prospects starts to set in.  But it is a slow process that takes time. Instead of dealing with rejection on daily basis, why not accept the reality from the very beginning.  

Of course, you will feel discouraged and rejected if you join network marketing business with high expectations that everyone will be eager to join your business.  

Tip # 2: You Need to Set the Right Expectations 

I have seen so many network marketers fail only because they entered the field without proper training and with high expectations. That is why I say this over and over that you need to have some training from experts and you need to enter with right expectations.  

When you are selling, rejection is unavoidable. However, there are high chances that you may not get disappointed or discouraged if you already accept the reality that rejection can also come your way.  

So, the right approach for you is to set the right expectations from the moment you enter the network marketing business. Let each member of the team know what you are expecting to achieve.  

Just tell your teammate (especially a new teammate) that he/she is not going to hit bull’s eye on the very first attempt or first few attempts. So, just relax, go with a positive attitude and don’t worry if people say ‘No’ to you.

Just keep in mind that it is normal to deal with rejection in a network marketing business. However, it is also important that everything from business presentations and sale processes is being done in a right manner.
